- I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 1995 when they did not know much about it. I had no idea that this disease was any way genetic. We were shocked and saddened when our little baby, Faith, was diagnosed at 20 months of age. We now only see that it was a true blessing from God. He made our tummies special so we could live long healthy lives and share His wonderful news. Faith has been amazing on the gluten free diet. We do not miss out on birthday parties, pizza parties, and so on because of our diet. Our gluten free items taste wonderful and are full of flavor and the right texture. We would like to share this with you at Faith's Place Bakery.
